[Killietalk] Breather bags

Greetings brosister hood of killietalk,

Any thoughts/experiences/opinions on the efficacy of wrapping the
breather bag bagged fish in slightly damp newsprint in an effort to
reduce the temperature somewhat. Of course the fish would already
be in the breather bag and would then be wrapped. I'm not suggesting
sopping wet but slightly damp to the point where the paper loses
stiffness.
What do you think.
