Yes, I have seen your racks but detailed pictures would be useful to me and 
to others. I don't see this in your description but I rely on ceiling joist 
attachments of vertical members for stability. Screws are useful because they are 
quicker, easier and removable for disassembly and they can be modified easily 
while full tanks are still on the rack. Do not drop your cordless dril/driver 
in a tank of water -- believe me, it won't be the same. One other technical 
point - I believe you meant ripping not splitting. Splitting a 2 x 4 is not 
useful for anything except kindling.
