RE: [Killietalk] Another view on show participation

Bill,
You need to work on your "profound misunderstanding of the judging
process". :-)
To this time I have as yet to see any consistency in this "process".
What are the criteria for the perfect fish? Where can one find
documentation
as to what constitutes the perfect A. coeleste GHP 85/23 or Fp. gardneri
nigeranum Jos Plateau or any other fish for that matter. Seems mostly
very
subjective especially breeding potential at some time?

I
have seen only a couple of fish that I would, ( and did) bid on. and
those
were not winners. Most of the entrants are not necessarily "old" but
very
fully mature and I have stated that I feel that mature fish, moved to
new
enviroments, do not do as well as young fish.
