Fred, I think you miss the point of judging. A Lucania goodei has just as
much opportunity as Aphyosemion joergenscheeli because it is judged with the
species ideal as a criterion. Rarity has no place in the judging criteria nor do
colorful species or difficulty in breeding. In theory, a Fundulus heteroclitus
can win best of show or best of class.
