I did not say they came from the lake just North of here. I bought them from
2 guys at the ALA convention that were from the Elkhart Killi group. I have
forgotten their names but I do remember they are firemen.

I don't believe that there are any Brine Shrimp in Lake Michigan.  I
believe that Al has a typo.  Lake Michigan is as pure as new driven
snow, at least it was 50 years ago when I chased lake run steel head in it
