It did not work for me until after I had searched by State. Then it worked by 
last name. 
However, after some experimenting I found that hitting the return or the 
enter key works only after you have first clicked on the select key. Very strange. 
I recommend only clicking on the select key. Even then it misses some names 
depending on the search criterion. Not a very useful function.
