 I suggest taking the male out and leaving the female/s in the tank. I had to do this after moving my golden wonders from one tank to another. He is still a very agressive driver but they are getting along. I gave the females(2) 3 days then put the male in the tank with them. I think that the females being ready to breed and him being in a strange tank cooled him down. My largest female is 1/2 inch shorter than my male. The other is just a bit shorter.
