Bob, it really doesn't surprise me that you were on the list, or me too for 
that matter.  It seems every loser in our society migrates to the government 
- some to congress and other to plum appointments where they can make stupid 
decisions.  Even our President was a bust in business and only made money 
with the Rangers through manipulation.  So I'm sure a lot of other inocent 
Americans are on some watch list too!
