I also agree with you Karl ... much better to announce it at the convention!
I asked for a list of the winners a couple hours before the dinner, but it
was not available for some reason. I would have had to find each of the
winners to confirm their club affiliation as it was because there was no
space on the registration forms.
The Tampa club is already aware of the need to have this as part of the
registration next year.

Jeff Bilbrough Award This award should be given out at the banquet. Sending
it out by mail looses all its value. Recognition is all that you get at a
convention, for supporting & donating your fish.If we can't do this then no
wonder the entries are down & declining every year. Lets try to get back to
the basic's. & make are members feel important again. We need them. Karl
