Jeff Bilbrough Award This award should be given out at the banquet. Sending it out by mail looses all its value. Recognition is all that you get at a convention, for supporting & donating your fish.If we can't do this then no wonder the entries are down & declining every year. Lets try to get back to the basic's. & make are members feel important again. We need them. Karl

There is an award for the prorated number of first, second and third places.
This is the Jeff Bilbrough Award sponsored by UNYKA. This year the award went
to the Keystone Killy Group. It had not been tabulated at the time of the
awards ceremony so it was delayed. Tom Grady was able to make this determination
when provided with the data.
