[Killietalk] Killie Fry and dry foods

  Most of my killies like dry food.  I begin training them shortly afer they
hatch.  In order to do this I put a few flakes on a piece of plastic, such
as an over turned butter container lid, then using the butt end of a pair of
tweezers, I mortal and pestal the flakes into a fine, almost dust like
powder.
  I can't exactly say which brands work best, as I have several brands,
mostly Tetramin, as friends and associates keep giving me their left over
cans when their kids fish die or the kids decide they would rather have a
snake or lizard.  So my fish get a variety.
  Also this is a supplemental feed, to go along with black worms, brine
shrimp, and mossies and blood worms when available.
  I should also add that none of my fish are nothos, I have 3 types of
Scripta. and blue gularis.  And the gulari pigs seem to eat anything I put
in their tanks.  Thank God they don't get all that large, or I would be
missing some fingers.
