Slightly off this topic but headed for the same goal. Does anyone know
where
one can purchase plastic frames used to build aquariums? I *may* be able
to
buy glass in bulk pre-drilled and construct the aquariumsmyself.
Cheers,
Tucker

I do find larger tanks easier to drill, but have not had much trouble
with 10s. However, I must admit to not ever having drilled such a large
hole. I use a 1 & 1/8 bit, for 1/2 in bulkheads. I find that is
sufficient for the flow rate produce by my water change system.

Hello group!
Well, three tens in a row I have successfully broken trying to drill a
1.5"
hole with a diamond bit, with the cutting board jig and water moving over
constantly. Everything's level, its a new diamond bit! I don't understand
what could be the problem? I have drilled several hundred 20''s and
bigger..Are tens so tough? I think I will just order them pre drilled!
