Wouldn't even have to print it,

Any Staples store sells little sticky labels in any shape size, 
color.............. a little round yellow dot with  1st done with a sharpie 
would do it,   a place at the registration table, and a sign offering the 
stickers so people could put them on if they choose.

        I would be willing to buy them and put the number on them and send 
them along to the convention people, if they wanted....just need 
approximate badge size so I could get the correct  dot 
size....................................

        People could choose to use them if they desired.
