RE: [Killietalk] Re: Killietalk Digest, Vol 21, Issue 94
Chris.
I will again refer you to the fact that I talk to a lot of folks that are
either to busy or to lazy to get on the list and say what they think, they
know that I have a reputation for speaking out, and that a lot of times I
play Devils advocate to get the ball rolling and the discussion going.
What are you keeping for fish these days any good tetras, or Bows?

Al if you think you don't get anything in return, maybe you should of gave
up years ago. You have been a member too many years not to understand the
convention is where the AKA receives a good portion of its funding. There a
only a few pair of fish at the convention most of us couldn"t get if we
wanted and the they would probally be free. I haven't kept many killies in
years, but I still keep a few. I been to more conventions sence keeping less
killies and still meet many new freinds, and see old freinds as well.. Maybe
I'm just getting old now, but the fish always seemed secondary too me. After
all if it wasn't for the AKA we would of never meet. Think of all fun in the
70's and 80's and tell me once more how you got nothing in return.
Still a friend
Chris

What ticks me off about the AKA is they charge for a membership and then
take your fish away sell them and give you nothing in return. It seems like
double dipping to me.
