No Al, I am saying that the recognition was value enough !


I do agree with Tony Terciera that high recognition from a dog or cat show is a vastly greater achievment just because of bloodline selecting, championship lines etc as well as breeding to a "Hands on" standard. But I did do a lot of selecting of fry for color, size, etc to determine pair selection and come up with show pairs that could have a good chance. Even that is a crap shoot as the judging of Killifish is vastly different from that of Dogs, for example... There is a lot of hands on in judging Dogs and killifish have to be judged with eyeballs alone. A very subjective exercise at best.
