The problem is not this post office or that one; it is FedEx. People need to 
understand and distinguish between the rules for shipping Priority vs. 
Express mail. This has only been a problem since USPS contracted Express 
Mail out to FedEx. The rules for Express Mail are different, and the time in 
transit can be protracted if there are multiple transfer points that must be 
recorded and entered into FedEx's tracking system.
