Hi Al,
Why don't we do it the way the Dutch do? Keep it at the same place  every 
year. Everything is stored there. Guys come in on Friday for set up.  Volunteers 
get a break on their Friday night stay and meals. Convention on an  off week 
not to compete with other events in the area. You won't be bored with  the 
place as you come for the fish. Could we do it in the Chicago area lining up  a 
place for the next 5 years? Naah, too easy;)
