could you open the bag
place the entire bag into a container   like a big bowl
take some airline tubing
place one end into the tank the fish will be going into
the other end in with the fish in the bowl
start a drip  like they do with salt water
until the fish is ready to place into the tank
net him from the bowl  and place into the tank


i would think that this would work well
