RE: [Killietalk] re: tanganyikan lampeyes
Hi Kyle
A 29 gallon tank would be fine. I've bred 2 males a 6 females in a 29
gallon, no problem. A 30 long would be even better.
If possible use a bare bottom as it is very easy to siphon eggs off the
bottom that fall out of the mop.
Go for it.
Best fishes
David

thanks for the info guys, unfortunately I can't squeeze in another 55 right
now. I was hoping something smaller in the 20long-30 gallon range would
sufice for a few breeding but it seems overwhelming a 50-55 is the smallest
used. Maybe I can work on cleaning out my 55 community tank over this
summer and move my neo. multies into that with some of these lampeyes as
well. thanks again, KYle
