Just a note on the "sloshing" thing.  If you use Kordon Breathing bags, there is no sloshing sound since no air is inside the bag.  We've sent fish all around the world using these bags and rarely have any loses.  Had a shipment of ~75 fish get lost in transit (to the UK) and 14 days later only had 4 not make it.  

It also helps to put "No Commercial Value" on the boxes when shipping overseas.
