FedEx accepts live fish if you pay their shipping price, but if you go to the post office you are not paying the FedEx price you pay about 1/2 of it ($50.55 for a 22 lb box)
So I can still ship through FedEx but the price is a lot higher.

I find it hard to believe that fedex won't accept live fish, as 5 or 6 of the LFS I frequent get weekly shipments of fish delivered FedEx.
