Send them in an unmarked box..... claim they are aquatic plants.... My
post office still accepts everything for shipment , both priority and
express even though they know its tropical fish,

I would suggest you use a different post office and ship in unmarked
boxes!!   They will accept live delivery even with tropical fish on
airlines too..... how do you think they ship fish out of florida all
over the country!???
