RE: [Killietalk] Here is a topic for you all
Bro Paul,
That sound like a good project for you Bro. Paul. Count the eggs from
earthworm and figure out the time it takes them to hatch and how many come
from one egg. You may also check to see if the PH has anything to do with
the amount of eggs produced and the number of off spring. Are the baby worms
white at birth or are they red like the adults?
What temperature do they do best at and how many different strains are
there. Why are worms raised in a course acid soil smaller than worms raised
in a fine alkyd soil?

Subject: [Killietalk] Here is a topic for you all
I am in the process of raising earthworms to feed my fish. I'm sure that
some of you do the same. Can you tell me how often do earthworms lay their
eggs - every day; once a week? If I had 100 breeders in a box, how many
worms would I have in three months?
Thank you for your replies,
Bro. Paul
