[Killietalk] raising fry

Maybe someone can help me.  I have just hatched out four different species
of killies.  I would like them to grow fast.  I have the fry now in shoe
boxes.  I put about 30 fry in each box.  First, is that too many fry in
each box?  Secondly, if I kept that many in each box, how often would I
have to change their water for them to grow fast, and not be stunted for
lack of space.  And if I fed them twice a day on micro worms and brine
shrimp, how often would I need to change their water?
