I don't think so. It would only work in early spring and late Fall, winter is to cold, summer to hot. (As far as I know, the Auqurium Hamburg never gave Orestias to Killi-People. They had a lot of Cyprinodons from Yucatan, and they did not give us any :-( )
Maybe a chance for the paople in the surrounding of Breckenridge, there may be lakes in similar altitudes like in Peru...
If you go to peru, don't miss the east side of the mountains. Somewhere in the Ucayali Basin must be the Aphyolebias wischmanni - that would be a good one for the committee. :-)
