If you're looking for a blue fish, try Fundulopanchax gardneri.  Lots
of strains to choose from.  Contact me the end of March if noone in
your area has any or you don't have any other offers.  I may have some
eggs or young pairs.  Also a good resource for killies from West

Lineatus Gold are also excellent beginners fish, as they are easy to
raise and maintain.  I'm not breeding them currently, but I do keep
them.
