[Killietalk] Mail-Ins for the AKA 2005 Convention

For those folks who are contemplating sending mail-in entries for the AKA 2005
Convention, here are the instructions:

Please mail your container directly to the Doubletree Hotel in Rockville,
Maryland. The hotel will hold all packages sent to them if they are addressed
something like:

Doubletree Hotel
c/o AKA 2005 National Convention or American Killifish Association
c/o May 26-30, 2005
1750 Rockville Pike
Rockville, MD 20852

I will be stopping by the hotel daily the week of the convention to check for
DOAs and water leakage problems. It is very important to include your name and
contact info (email/phone) in your shipment.
