Brine shrimp direct sells a 5 - 50 micron size powdered fry food. I use it
for my very tiny rainbow fry. I have yet to have a killie that can't eat
Microworms or Vinegar eels as a first food. Even Fundulosoma thierry can eat
BBS at hatching.

in the old days many of us used to take the yolks from hard boiled 
eggs to feed our fry

boy did they sometimes mess up the tank badly
