I assume you are wanting to work on the "plumbing" before the pump 
arrives. Mine is larger, but the outlet from the pump is connected to my 
"plumbing" by a flexible tube supplied with the pump. I would call 
Jehmco and ask John about it. That way you won't have a screw-up.
