Mostly south american annuals: Simp, Campellolebias, Cynopoecilus, 
Austrolebias, Leptolebias.

Tank space is usually a 2.5G for 1-2 pairs with weekly 50% water change and 
peat replacement. I keep my water on the soft acidic side, and add a small 
amount of electrolytes.

Food is live blackworms most of the time, and baby/adult brine maybe twice a 
month. For fry, food is always baby brine.

Fish won't seem to do their thing until temperatures get to 76F. Even 
Campellolebias brucei did not lay an egg at 72F (I know, I know . . .but I 
invested lots of time looking for those eggs), but I was able to find about 
30-40 in a pair's weekly peat at 76-78F.

I have not had non-annual cool water fish, but my guess is they'll do just 
great at 78F :)
