Lee.   At 4degrees C , I suspect they were active and healthy but not 
eating.   I my limited experience I note that just like goldfish, my killies 
do not eat when the temp falls below 50 degrees F.   I have no SA killies, 
but am speaking about NA killies.        Joe Scanlan
