Re: [Killietalk] Water
The Chlorine to Chloride reaction takes place during the time of
mixing. I fill a 70 gallon tank completely at work just adjusting the
temperature and pouring in the water and add the Thiosulfate as the
tank fills. At least one of the pairs of Angels will spawn the next
day - on cue .
I do a 55 gallon tank at home the same way, just make the water temp
the same as it was coming out.
95% changes both, every other week . . .

Does anyone know how quickly thiosulfate does it's job?
If I fill a gallon container half full, add a drop, then continue
filling to the top. Can I assume that the mixing/reaction is
complete within seconds? This is what I have been told.
