Unless I accidentally leave a bag wide open, it doesn't dry out with just 
folding over a regular fish bag twice. I use tape only when mailing. Of course, 
my fish room (a.k.a. basement) is damp for 9 months of the year and even in the 
middle of winter is relatively humid. I have not measured it but I suspect it 
is never less than 50% R. H.  I probably have the opposite problem, they 
don't dry out enough.
