This is why I tend to feed most of my fish Moina every other day, and
those that take flake get a bunch of spirulina flakes mixed into the high
quality flake food. I had noticed that many fish seem to have problems
with bloating,  rapidly degrading water quality, and shock (they would
completly freak out and die when i was netting them) when I used artemia
napuli every day.  Many of these problems seemed to be more of an issue
with those fish that preferred cool water.  It is nice to be able to cheat
a bit and drop some into a fry tank and just let them go and not worry too
much.....

I think Gerald has the culture I sent to him still going....
