One key to successful killifish breeding and maintenance is to spend as much
time, space and effort on raising or collecting a varied supply of live foods.
Some folks are successful at raising daphnia, others worms of various sizes,
others at buying live foods. The routine is to get some reliable methods
established and keep them going. My best success over 30 years has been with
purchasing live tubifex worms, until fairly recently when the supply line ceased.
Now I am searching for another source of tubifex or alternate live food.
