The prognosis is terrible. that said, bring the salt concentration to
3 tsp/gallon. This is about the physiological salt concentration. BUT!
also add some epson salts and calcium salts to help restore the
chemical balance. The kidneys are probably wasted and the fish can now
no longer balance its salt concentrations. It may recover, it may
not... raise the temp to about 80°F to boost the immune system (if you
can). Keep the water well aerated.
You can try with the antibiotics but personally this is all way too
much trouble and the best is to simply put the fish down. It is upto
you whether you want to invest the time and energy or let the fish go
peacefully to the fishpond in the sky.
