I realize that my reply was terse, even rude. However, the message to which I responded, to my stressed ears, sounded demanding, in the tone of "it should be fixed, why not"? Possibly it wasn't meant that way. If so, I apologize for my own over-reaction. However, put yourself in my place. I am a volunteer who puts hundreds of hours into maintaining this site. To have it hacked is stressful enough. Then to see a message that seemed (maybe only seemed) to imply that I should have jumped more quickly to get it fixed tipped me over the edge.because I work for a living. Any more questions?
