Fellow Listers,

I've had a few comments about the fact that I forgot to list Mark Berger's email address.  I did not forget.  This is a public forum, open to anyone, including those who are not members of the AKA.  There is also the possibility that there are individuals who do not support the effort of those who are currently in Mark's position.  I thought it best that I do not include his email here and just forward the messages that I receive to him.  Mark may then contact you at his discretion.

I hope everyone understands this and is not offended by my concern for Mark's unique position.
