RE: [Killietalk] Dried Vinegar Eels



I'm going to set up a red wine vinegar, vinegar eel culture this evening
and see how it goes.  I'll let the list know how it is doing in a month
or so.  I'll set up a control with my usual cider vinegar as well.  This
way I can report back with comparative data.
