in raising vinegar eels

do you have to use apple cidar vinegar

or could you substitute some other medium

like pineapple juice or balsamic vinegar

we have a horrible allergy to apples

even so bad we have to avoid the produce dept in the grocery store

im sure we are not the only people with this problem
