I enclosed a wire shelf with an oil filled electric radiator. This works fine 
to keep at 77-80 degrees F. However, not all eggs incubate well at that 
temperature. You can see a picture of mine in the Members Section at

It is made of Styrofoam foam board fastened to 2 x2 supports. The picture 
doesn't show the radiator in the bottom portion.
