I like the Jungle Dirt-Magnet Jrs. a lot for smaller bowls and critter
keeper tanks.

That said, I have just come into an oversupply of nice filters, much
like the ones sold at Angels West. They are a 4" cube of coarse foam
atop a 4" square ceramic tile, with a 1/2" cpvc airlift tube, drilled near the top to hold an airline to an airstone (not supplied). I was going to sell them locally for $3 each (less in quantity), but would be happy to box and send them for that plus the postage. These are suitable for 5 and 10G tanks, and, at last count, I think I have about 50 of them plus a couple of the big H-V Hydro-Sponge filters ($5?).

Contact me off line (addy below in my .sig) if you are interested, Bob.

As parting comment, I really miss the Tetra filters that had a couple of
really worthless green suction cups holding them to the side and a
horizontal sponge cylinder near the bottom of the tank. There is an
Asian ripoff (gray color), but the prices seem outrageous to me. Anyone who knows where more are available at reasonable prices would do us all a favor by posting it here. They are a perfect input stage for deBruyn wet-dry filters, BTW. I'm down to about 10, but the cups have gone south on most of them. Replacements suction cups are really ex$pen$ive and do not last for shoot!
