As Dr. Scanlan so succinctly put , "Please don't forget there are no
affiliate clubs in Alabama or quite a few other states". 

There are no affiliate clubs in Louisiana or Mississippi to the best of
my knowledge.  I only wish there were but that doesn't make it happen.
I even tried to start one in Louisiana but could not find enough
dedicated people to start a club, Oh Well.
