RE: [Killietalk] RE: Shipping FED EX to the far East

Hello Tony

I ship live fish and embryos via FedEx to China regularly. If you already
have a live fish waiver with FedEx you should be just fine. According to
FedEx they absolutely do not ship fish internationally, but I think once
your package is in the pipe line you will be just fine. The biggest hurdle
is the local guy that picks up the fish.

Here are the methods, labels and letters I include on all international
shipments. http://zfin.org/zf_info/zfbook/chapt1/1.7.html

Please feel free to contact me directly if you need any more information.

Subject: [Killietalk] RE: Shipping FED EX to the far East

Hi All,

Has anyone ever sent live fish via Fed Ex overseas ? I am
interested in China etc.

I have shipped eggs, and I have shipped live fish with Fed Ex here
in the US for years, I do not have a problem.

I am interested in actual experience regrading what the declaration
is when shipping live fish Internationally since Fed Ex is not particularly
interested in live fish..............

         Any help is appreciated.....................
