RE: [Killietalk] blue gularis question

I haven't been using salt with mine though I know that others use up to a
teaspoon per gallon. I do use concentrated salt baths in the case they get a
little fungus (1tsp, .5gal) and it seems to do the trick.

Cheers,

Unless I am having a ick or fungus problem I don't have any salt in a Blue
Gularis tank. Right now I have 5 breeding pairs and don't want to think
about how many fry growing up in a lot of tanks. None of the tanks has any
salt in them. My pH is 6.6, TDS in the tanks under 150 (under 30 from the
tap).
