Re: [Killietalk] GPS meters
Oh, and I should have mentioned: The title of the post was GPS meters. Some products will read out UTM meters if you provide a UTM zone. Generally though, the readout is in decimal degrees or decimal minutes. Conversion to any coordinate system is pretty easy nowdays; There are even web pages that will convert decimal degrees to most any two dimensional projection you'd like. If you specifically want a UTM readout, then look for this as a feature.

Subject: [Killietalk] GPS meters
Im interested in buying a GPS (Global Positing System) unit for when I go
fish hunteing. Does anyone use anything like this? I would like to buy one
in the near future and would like to know which kind is the best and most
reliable.
Cheers!
