Hi Tom,

Until and unless proven wrong, I would assume that vinegar eels are just about as nutritious as any other small worm. What a food animal eats may not be the best indicator of its nutritional value. 

Cows for example eat principally grass and vegetation, this does not necessarily make them high in fiber.
