Sorry for the delay in reply--the computer has been down most of this month.

Anyway, it sounds like you have the same sort of water that I have. I have
found that the following Rivulus do well for me: cryptocallus,
cylindraceous, derhami, hartii, and tenuis. These species will not only live
in the hard water, but they will breed prolifically as long as I do regular
tank maintenance (partial water changes and so on) and feed reasonably well
(mostly good flake food with some frozen and live).
