Please respond to killifish
discussion list
As convention approaches, I observe a drastic change in the message
content of this list. Am I alone in noticing it?
Characteristically, the list has bogged down before convention in
chatter about what the AKA (BOT) is doing wrong. Maybe the forum has
drawn off some of that, but I'd rather think that the excellent folks we
have had running the association have played a major role in the
noticeable drop in complaints.
It's time to say a big "Thank You" to those on the BOT and the committee
chairs who have made this such a fun and prosperous hobby. Several, like
Marshall Ostrow, Dick Martino and Barry Cooper, devote an amount of work
that is above and beyond the call of duty. They provide the essential
communication tools that make it all work.
I hope those of you able to attend convention will try to give each a
pat on the back and a thank you for another excellent year for killifish
(and for those trained to feed them and change their water). :-)
