[Killietalk] May 2004 ARK Meeting Announcement

Hi Killie Friends!

The next meeting of the Arizona Rivulin Keepers is Saturday, May 8th,
starting at 6:30 PM.  We will be gathering at our regular locale - the Round
Table Pizza Parlor in south Tempe.  Check the ARK website
(http://ark.aka.org) for a map and directions.  Meetings are free and the
public is welcome.

Just a reminder that if you are visiting Phoenix, the Greater Phoenix Pond
Society (check the link from the ARK website) is hosting their annual pond
tour earlier during the day.  Take the time to get some great ideas if you
are considering putting in a pond.

RAFFLE:  Our Sponsor of the Month is Penn Plax.  They have sent a nice
shipment and we will be raffling their products. In other words, we will
have an exceptional raffle.

PROGRAM:  Our program is an video of the presentation by Andre Carletto at
the 2003 AKA Convention.  The topic is "Collecting/Ecology of Annual Fish
Habitats in Brazil".

TRADE TABLE:  Bring your killies, other small unusual fish, aquatic plants,
and live food cultures.  We could be receiving a shipment of killies,
primarily South American annuals, so this may be an exceptional opportunity
for you to obtain some nice killies.

As you can tell, this should be another terrific meeting.  If you can
attend, we would like to see you there...
